Facebook Tip: Check If Someone Else Is Using Your Facebook Account

Do you think that your Facebook account is hacked? You can now secretly detect if someone is using your Facebook account by simple security settings built in facebook. Some of these settings are new while others have been around for some time. To check this you have to follow some steps.

Instructions:

Go to Facebook.com --> Account --> Account Settings --> Account Security. Here you can find a list of all the computers and mobiles through which you are logged in.

The IP address which was used to access your facebook account can also detect the approximate location of the device.

If you come across an unknown device / location in the list, just click the end activity link and you are immediately logged out of that machine.

For extra safety, you may also choose to receive email and SMS alerts if someone else tries access your Facebook account from a previously unknown computer or mobile phone.
